They were both 11 years old at the time(1926) Thinking it would be a great gift, dad's friend bought it from an impovrished monk for $8.00 and mailed it to my dad in the US telling postal officials that it was a model of a train engine made of brass because he was afraid of being busted for sending antiquities out of the country
